1 (2 to # lb.) roast
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can 7-Up or Coke

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in roaster or heavy black iron skillet with lid. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix on the meat. Mix mushroom soup and 7-Up well and pour over the roast. Cover and roast at 325 for 2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender. The roast makes its own gravy and is delicious.
