9 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp.salt
3 c. butter
4 1/2 c.sugar
7 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, blend dry ingredients, except sugar.
In mixer, cream butter and sugar, until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla. beat to blend. Add dry ingredients. Blend. Use a # 40 ice cream scoop. Dip scoop in some sugar, then into dough. Bake at 350 degrees about 12 mins. or until light brown .
Dough works better if chilled.
