4 small chicken breasts (or 8 small legs & thighs)
1 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. curry powder
4 tsp. skim milk

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin from chicken. Combine crushed corn flakes, paprika and powders. Roll chicken in the milk and then in the corn flakes mixture. Place in baking dish or on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
