2 med. ripe avocados, cubed
1 can (15.5 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained
1 fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
1/3 cup chopped red onion
3 T fresh lime juice
½ t salt
½ t ground cumin
¼ t ground red pepper

Directions:

Gently stir together all ingredients in a large bowl.

Serve with baked pita or tortilla chips, or top grilled chicken sandwich or burger.

Prepare salsa up to 4 hours ahead.
