Tortilla Chips (Tostitos Rounds work the best) Salsa 1 8oz. bag shredded American cheese 1 8oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese 1 8oz. bag shredded mozzarella cheese, jalapeņos and/or other desired toppings 1/2 lb ground beef
Brown ground beef and chop until very fine
Lay out chips on a microwave safe dish. Sprinkle ground beef on top of chips. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top as desired.
Microwave on Medium for 30 seconds. Top with Salsa, jalapeņos, and/or other desired toppings (sour cream, tomatoes, beans, etc).
