1 1/3 c. Sweetened condensed Milk
1/2 c Lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 egg yolks.

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sized bowl, blend together condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon peel and yolks until thickened. Fill pie shell. Top with Meringue made from 2 egg whites, 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, and 1/4 c. sugar. Whip whites with cream of tartar to a soft peak. Gradually whip in sugar, whip to firm peaks. Pile on filling. Bake in 325 oven until top is golden brown, about 15 mins. Cool
