2 T. Butter or Margarine
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 T. Honey
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Butter, peanut butter and honey in microwave safe bowl for 1 minute. Stir. Heat mixture one more minute or until mixture is creamy. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add oatmeal and stir. Lightly spray 8 x 8 cake pan with cooking spray. Spoon energy bars into pan, let cool for a couple of minutes and spread with dampened fork.
Option: 1/4 c. raisins, M & M's
