1/8 c. oil
4 lean pork chops
Salt
4 slices pineapple
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 T. minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Salt pork chops and brown in frying pan in oil. Pour off fat, place 1 slice pineapple on each chop. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Simmer covered 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
