4 slices of bread
3 eggs
1 T. milk
Bacon bits
Shredded Cheese
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Butter one side of the bread, remove crust and place in muffin tin. Beat eggs and milk. Put bacon and cheese on the bread and then pour in the eggs. Be sure to leave room at the top because the eggs will expand while cooking. Bake at 350 until cooked to your liking.
