1 bag frozen hashbrowns-cubed
1 8oz. container sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom
1 jar bacon bits
1 package shredded cheese
1 stick butter
1-2 rolls Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the hashbrowns, sour cream, cream of mushroom, bacon bits and cheese together and put in a greased 13x9" pan. Melt butter and crush crackers and mix together. Spread on top of casserole. Cover and bake at 400 for about 45.
