1 large can of pumpkin
1 large can of evaporated milk
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 box yellow cake mix
1 3/4 sticks of oleo
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Blend beaten eggs, pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar and pumpkin pie spice and pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Spread yellow cake mix over mixture. Melt oleo and drizzle over cake mix. Sprinkle chopped nuts over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

This can be served topped with Cool Whip if desired. You may never want pumpkin pie again!
