1/3 c. Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Milk
1/3 c. Mashed Potato Flakes
1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
2 Boneless Chicken Breasts

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, combine mayo and milk. In another bowl, combine instant potato flakes, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Dip chicken in mayonnaise mixture, then roll in crumb mixture. Place in a greased 8 in. square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 10 minutes. Turn over; bake an additional 20 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
