1 unbaked pie shell
3 large sweet potatoes (2 c. potatoes)
1 small can evaporated milk
1 stick margarine
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes; slice crosswise in thin slices. Cook until tender; drain. Add margarine while potatoes are hot. Blend with mixer. Add milk, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon; stir well. Beat eggs together and add to mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
