sauerkraut, 18-32 ounces
1 and 1/4 cups sour cream
1/2 to 3/4 lb. corned beef, shaved
2 and 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
3/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
rye bread, lightly buttered

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together: sauerkraut, sour cream, Thousand Island dressing. Arrange corned beef over sauerkraut mixture in lightly greased 9x13" baking dish. Top with Swiss cheese and lightly buttered rye bread. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
