1 pkg. frozen broccoli (32 oz)
8 oz. sour cream
1 small jar mayonnaise
1 pkg. shredded cheese (10 oz)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until tender; drain. Put in bottom of casserole dish. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese and soup. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until brown.
