3 boxes strawberries
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and hull strawberries
Reserve half of strawberries (largest and nicest)
Crush other half of strawberries with potato masher
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt together and add to crushed berries
Cook mixture until thick and clear, stirring constantly
When cool, add lemon juice
Place other, well-drained strawberries in baked, cooled pie shell
Pour cooled berry mixture over whole strawberries in pie crust
Be sure to cover berries thoroughly
