1 whole chicken
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
1 small can tomato paste
1 chopped onion
Dash Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until tender; save the stock. Remove meat from bones. Add the remaining ingredients plus the chicken meat to the broth. Simmer on low heat for 1 hour. (The longer it simmers, the more the meat breaks down and the thicker the sauce). Serve sauce over rice. Sauce can be frozen.
