-8 eggs hard boiled and sliced
-8 sausage patties cooked
-1 tube crackers
-1 stick of butter

For cream sauce
-6 tablespoons butter
-6 tablespoons flour
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups milk

For Cream Sauce-
-Melt butter, stir in flour + salt + pepper
-Cook until smooth and bubbly
-Take off heat, add milk
-Stir constantly, bring to boil
-Boil for 1 minute

-Grease 9x13 pan
-Crumble Sausage and add to bottom of pan
-Put sliced eggs on top of sausage
-Pour gravy over both
-Top with butter and cracker crumbs

-Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
