1/2 c butter
2 eggs
6 tbsp Cocoa
3/4 c Flour
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Salt
1 c Sugar
3/4 c Chopped Pecans (optional)

1 1/2 tbsp Cocoa
1 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tbsp Butter (softened)
1 c Powdered Sugar

In saucepan, over love heat, melt butter and add cocoa, stirring constantly. Cool. Beat in vanilla and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour, salt and chopped pecans.
Spread in greased, floured pan.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Frost while still warm. Blend all the frosting ingredients together well.
