2 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 TB yeast 1 c. warm water 1 TB oil 1 tsp corn meal 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 1/2 TB Italian dressing 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese.
Heat oven to 450º. In mixer combine water, yeast, sugar, and oil. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes. Add flour, salt, and mix well. Dough is soft and somewhat sticky. Let rise for 20 to 30 minutes and press dough onto pizza round. Top with remaining ingredients, and bake for 10-15 minutes or until bottom is light brown.
