4 chicken breasts salt and pepper to taste 2 tsp. olive oil 1 lime half an onion 1 clove of garlic
Pound chicken and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Heat oil in skillet & cook chicken on one side. Turn over and squeeze 1/2 of a lime on top. Cook until done. Remove chicken & saute garlic & onion. Put on top of chicken and serve with rice.
