3/4 cup rice
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup milk
Rind from 1 lemon
1 cinnamon stick
10 eggs yolks
1 cup sugar
1 qt. milk
little salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in water and milk with lemon rind and cinnamon stick until all liquid is gone. Cool.
Mix remaining ingredients and add rice.
*This is where Grandma stopped on the little piece of paper that the recipe was written on. So I'm going to try and finish the recipe myself.
Grease and flour a 2-10" pan. Pour mixture into pans. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

Many of Grandma Zarli's recipes are hand written notes on little slips of paper. She would list the ingredients but never had any directions, or temps or help after that. I hope this works.
