10 slices bacon
1 head fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1/4 red onion, diced
1/2 cup raisins
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 cup Hillman's Mayonnaise
1 cup sunflower seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon in a frying pan til crisp. Drain on paper towels. In a medium bowl, combine the broccoli, onion, raisins. In another small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar, white vinegar, and maronnaise. Pour all over broccolli and toss to coat. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours. Before serving toos salad with the crumbled bacon and sunflower seeds.
