1 3/4 cups milk
1/4 cup plus 1 tsp bourbon, divided
1 pkg (3 3/4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tsp sugar
grated nutmeg to taste
gingersnaps, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl whisk milk, 1/4 cup bourbon and the pudding mix about 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into individual dessert dishes and chill. Beat cream, sugar and remaining tsp bourbon until stiff. Spoon on pudding. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Good with gingersnaps.
