1 lg bag frozen has browns potatoes (2 lb)
1/2 c butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c chopped onion
2 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 c melted butter
2 c crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes and assemble in large casserole - 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Combine the soup, 1/2 cup melted butter, salt, pepper, onion and cheese. Pour over potatoes in casserole.

Spread topping over potatoes and bake at 350 for 45 minutes- uncovered.
