1 cup shredded cheese room temperature
1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/8 tsp. red pepper
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat shredded cheese and butter and add rest. Form into a roll and slice to cracker size. Bake abut 10 minutes at 350.
