2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Oil
1 Cup Milk (Add 1 Tsp Vinegar To Sour)
3 Eggs
1 Cup Fig Preserves
1 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 Tsp Soda
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Add all together and mix well.
Pour into a well-greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake 1 hour @ 350.
