1 c. dry bread or Rusk crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. soft butter
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. paprika
6 --3/4" thick pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs and seasonings. Blend in soft butter with a fork. Dip chops in egg, then in crumb mixture. Place chops on rack in baking pan. Bake 375 for 35-40 minutes, turning once after 20 minutes.

This is Dallas' favorite meal that he often picks for his birthday dinner! It is great served with cinnamon applesauce (applesauce with red hots melted in it)!
