1 1/2 lb Blue Lake string beans, break in pieces and cook
Grate 1/2 medium onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 oil
1 cup vinegar (wine vinegar w/garlic)
1/4 cup water
cut up 4 medium tomatoes

Directions:

Mix together and cover sealed at room temperature for an hour and then chill.
