6 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 c. minced onion
6 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. chopped pimento
1 1/2 tsp salt - add last
1 1/2 c. chopped dill pickles
2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (optional)

Directions:

Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until just tender. Drain and chill. Add onions, celery, pimiento and pickles.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, dill and salt; add to macaroni mixture; mix carefully but thoroughly.
