1 lb. semi-sweet Baker's chocolate
1 c. butter
6 eggs, separated
1 pt. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler and mix in egg yolks and 2 of the egg whites. Set aside to cool slightly. While chocolate mixture cools, whip cream with electric mixer until stiff and set aside. In another bowl, beat 4 egg whites until stiff. Fold whipped cream and egg whites carefully into chocolate mixture. Spoon into serving dishes and chill. Garnish with fresh strawberries or kiwi fruit.
