1 1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 c. shortening
4 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
9 c. flour
2 tbsp. cream of tartar
1 tsbp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. cinnamon mixed together

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, shortening, sugar, and eggs.
Blend in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
Dip #40 ice cream scoop in water so cinnamon sugar will stick. Dip scoop in cinnamon sugar, then into dough.
Bake 10-12 mins. at 350.
