1 cup of water
1 stick of butter
1 cup of flour
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp.nutmeg
4 eggs
1 cup Gruyere of Swiss cheese,grated

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and butter to boiling. Remove from heat. Add flour,salt,and nutmeg all at once and stir till blended. Add eggs one at a time,blending after each addition. Drop by large spoonfuls around the edge of a grease andd 9"pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 45-50 min. at 375.
