5 lbs. potatoes, cooked and peeled 2 3 oz. pkgs. cream cheese 1 cup sour cream 2 tsp. onion salt 2 T. butter
Mash potatoes. Add rest of ingredients. Put into a 9x13 greased pan and cover. put in refrigerator. You may remove portions as needed. Dot with butter and heat. This can be refrigerated for up to 6 weeks.
