2 large pkg. hash brown potatoes O'Brien shredded 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 can Cream of Chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream 2 cups grated cheese Topping: 2 cups cornflakes with 1/2 cup melted butter
Mix all but cornflakes and butter. Place in casserole and put topping on top. Bake 35-45 minutes at 350º
