1 1/2 lb. steak, cubed
4 T. butter or oleo
1 16 oz can chopped tomatoes
3 T Kitchen Bouquet
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 10 oz pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup celery, cut into 1/2 in slices
1 cup coarsely chopped onion
1 cup carrots cut into 1/2 inch rounds
1/2 cup soft butter or oleo
1/1/4 cup flour
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown steak in 4 T butter. Add 6 cups water, tomatoes Kitchen bouquet, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Add all vegetables. Continue to simmer, covered for 30 minutes. Combine 1/2 cup soft butter and flour Gradually blend in 2 cups water. Add to meat mixture. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
