1 1/2 c. milk
2 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 oz. Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
With electric mixer, add milk to cream cheese, mixing until blended. Heat mixture slowly in saucepan; add 1/2 tsp. salt and garlic. Slowly add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth. Pour into fondue pot. Suggested dipper: Italian bread cut into cubes.

I double the recipe and put in an electric fondue pot on warm. This is a Christmas Eve favorite.
