"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Pop a bag of good popcorn in the microwave. I use lightly buttered/salted. Then microwave 3/4 c. white chocolate chips in the microwave for one minute along with a 1/2 t. shortening. Then stir the chips until completely melted. Donít microwave them any longer because they get hard. If you have to, then only 10 seconds at a time. Then stir the melted chips into the popcorn until completely mixed. Spread it out on waxed paper in a single layer until dry and then break into pieces.
