6 cups quick oats 1 cup melted butter 1 1/2 cup brown sugar 4 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3/4 cup white corn syrup 3/4 cup peanut butter 12 oz. chocolate chips
Melt butter and peanut butter in saucepan over low heat. Add remaining ingredients; spread in large cake pan or cookie sheet with sides. Bake 20 min. at 375 degrees. Cool. (May reserve peanut butter and chocolate chips to melt together and spread on cooled bars.)
