4 chicken breasts, skinned
1/3 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup vinegar
Pepper
Garlic powder
Brown sugar (generous)
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a shallow baking pan. Combine soy sauce and vinegar; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with pepper, garlic powder, brown sugar and flour.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
