1 jar pimiento-stuffed green olives 1 can pitted black olives 1 can diced tomatoes 2 garlic cloves 2 T. olive oil 2 t. red wine vinegar 1 4-oz. package crumbled feta cheese
Place green olives, black olives and tomatoes into a food processor and pulse briefly, or coarsely chop ingredients by hand. Add garlic, oil, vinegar and feta. Toss and refrigerate. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
