2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup red cinnamon drops
8 Rome Beauty apples

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the water, sugar and cinnamon until candies dissolve. Pare, core and slice the apples, and add to the syrup. Cook until soft; remove the apples and reduce the syrup to desired thickness.
