8 c. cucumbers thinly sliced
1 c. sliced onions
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. mustard seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place cucumbers, onions, peppers and salt in large bowl and let sit overnight. Heat vinegar, sugar and seeds. Heat until sugar is dissolved; do not boil. Pour over cucumbers in jar and put in refrigerator. Leave about half of an inch of space at the top of jar.
