Combine 1 cup flour, 1 stick margarine and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Press into the bottom of a 13" X 9" pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Combine 8 oz. soft cream cheese, 1 cup confectioners sugar, 1/2 cup cool whip (taken from 8oz. container) and spread onto cooled crust.

Combine 2 packages instant lemon pudding with 3 cups milk and spread over cream cheese mixture.

Top with the remaining Cool whip and refrigerate.
