liquid smoke
celery salt
onion salt
garlic salt
Worcheshire sauce
salt and pepper
barbeque sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In broiler pan, place brisket and pour over it the liquid smoke and the seasonings. (not W. sauce or salt and pepper) Cover with foil and leave over night in the refrigerator. In the morning, put on w.sauce, salt and pepper and cover again. bake at 300 for one hour less than lbs. of meat. Take out. Pour barbecue sauce over. Cool and slice. Reheat for serving.
