cup water
cup sugar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients in a sauce pan, bring to a boil. Simmer until consistency of syrup (about 15-20 minutes). Remove from heat, add chili sauce and serve.
