1 can sauerkraut, drained 1 lb. Pork sausage 3/4 cup oatmeal 1 egg 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Mix all together, and then roll into balls about the size of walnuts. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375F for 20 to 25 minutes. These may be frozen and used when needed. Reheat in oven or microwave before serving.
