1 envelope Lipton French Onion Soup mix
4 med. potatoes, cut into chunks (with skins)
1/3 c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450.
2. In 13"x9" roasting pan, combine soup mix, potatoes, and oil. Stir to coat potatoes.
3. Bake, uncovered, for 35 mins. or until golden brown. Stir occasionally.
