2 med. carrots, halved
1 med. onion, peeled and quartered
1 pkg. whole mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 sausage links, casings removed
1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. red or white wine
1 can crushed tomatoes in puree

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop carrots, onions, mushrooms, and garlic in food processor.
2. Heat oil in skillet over med. heat.
3. Saute chopped vegetables for 6 minutes.
4. Add sausage, breaking clumps, until browned.
5. Add spices and wine. Boil 1 min.
6. Stir in crushed tomatoes. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 mins.
7. Serve over cooked pasta.
