3/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. hamburger
1 can tomatoes or 2 c. fresh, chopped tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Garlic salt, pepper, basil or whatever spices you like
1 c. minute rice
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sliced green olives or more, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onions and hamburger in a large skillet; drain off grease. Add tomatoes, soup, spices, and rice. Cook on top of stove until liquid is absorbed and rice is soft. Place in a casserole dish and top with olives and cheese. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or put under broiler to melt cheese.
